Wordtube for FLV Videos

As you can see I am really into videos today. I really love Wordtube! I decided to give it another try. I got an email last week: The JW FLV Player 4.2 is now Plugin-accessible – JW Plugins extend the functionality of the Player to make it even more powerful. We have Plugins that allow the Player to embed; link; recommend videos; track video activity with Google Analytics; or search YouTube videos directly inside the Player.I finally figure out how to configure the JW FLV MEDIA PLAYER 4.2 to use in my WordPress 2.6.3 blog. I had almost given up on it but there were a few changes made by JW. It was very easy to download. I use Filezilla to upload files. It is very easy to use and it is a free FTP solution. Just drag and drop the files.

  • Download Wordtube from the developers site or download Wordtube from WordPress.org. I downloaded the plugin from WordPress.org

  • Download JW FLV MEDIA PLAYER 4.2 from the website. Plugins

  • Follow the instructions from Wordtube: Upload the file player.swf and yt.swf to the wordtube folder

  • Activate the plugin.

  • If your really patient and can understand the instructions how to apply this information to JW it is added benefit to the player. I have not been able to figure how to get it to work. SFV plugin

Notice the green filmstrip with the round ball on it. That is Wordtube.

Look at how clean the video looks within the post. JW FLV with Wordtube Rocks!

Get the Flash Player to see the wordTube Media Player.
