Season the meat, Bake in over on 400 degrees, basic seasoning. Will serve with jar gravy, mash potatoes, and broccoli. Put water in the bottom of the pan to prevent the oil from burning your pan..it would be easy to clean plus it maintain the moisture of the meat. I forgot to do that before snapping the picture. Prep time 2-3 Hours
An alternative would be to prepare medium hot fire in a kettle-style grill baking coals. In small bowl stir together chili sauce, vinegar and mustard. Grill roast over indirect heat for 20 minutes. Brush roast occasionally with chili sauce mixture, grilling for 20-30 minutes more, until meat thermometer reads 150-155 F. Remove roast from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve. Serves 8. Serving suggestion grilled new potato salad with bacon and scallions and citrus spinach salad.
