I purchased my Salmon from Costco because the shopping club has the best prices in town. A slab of Salmon will cost about $25 feeds a family of four for two days if sliced in portions.
I mixed 4 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil mixed in a bowl with Cilantro, Tarragon leaves and seasoned my Salmon after I put the mixture in the slits of the Salmon. Brush the Salmon with the mixture and add honey. Broil until brown on each side, add sesame seeds. Done.
Sauteed squash in Olive Oil and add seasonings. Rice cooks in 15 minutes, it should be simmering while your grilling your Salmon and completed by the time the squash is finish. Dinner is done within 30-45 minutes.
I like my Salmon photographs…..the digital photograph looks good enough to eat.
