Baked Chicken on the menu with a can of Chicken Broth that will make it’s own gravy….Psssst! Cop that secret from my sista in law. Really! I was surprised too! Bake uncovered on temp 350 DEGREES UNTIL done…about 2 hrs or at least until the skin is crisp…YUP there is skin on this chicken, we need some fat. My husband is about to have a hissy without…me too!
After the chicken brown which means the skin get a little crispy…add the Poultry Gravy Mix to the sauce in the pan…but of course you can do something differerent. I add the power to the liquid in the pan after the chicken has baked for two hours…get back to you!
