Food | Easy Bake Red Velvet Cupcakes

On Valentine’s Day 2011 we spent our time cooking in our kitchen giggling and kissing one another. I made Red Velvet Cupcakes with the frosting and without. I try to pay attention to our sugar content in our household when making desserts. My spouse is diabetic and I don’t want to spike his gluten numbers. Be mindful of the sugar. Notice in the photograph how small the red velvet cupcake are…I wish I was able to find gigantic cups for muffins but my local store did not stock them on the shelf, perhaps next time.
