Oven temperature 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until brown. It depends on the aptitude of your oven.

This is an an step by step food photographs of the cream of meatball dish for dinner. This is a very simple dish to make and inexpensive. Price for everything for dish is under $20, serves a family size of 3-6. I double my ground beef to have enough servings for two days for a serving size of three people. I was able to yield 15 meatballs, about two meatballs per person.

Of course the dish is delicious but peeps we must be mindful of our serving size when eating. I have to maintain my figure plus my budget does not allow me to constantly shop for new clothing….#randomthought.

Use your clean hands to mix meatballs ingredients. Make your meatballs based on the cup of your hand. Easy. Put in a pan. Bake on 350 degrees until brown. Remove from pan, place pan on kitchen sink with water to ease cleaning efforts afterward. After chopping up your vegetables..make sure to rinse the vegetables in a colander before using them in your meal to remove debris and pesticides. I used a large can of soup of Cream of Mushroom Soup at least 10 oz plus, one stick of butter and two tablespoons of butter, one cup of milk, Anaheim peppers, Jalapeno peppers, red sweet peppers, fresh rosemary, fresh garlic and seasoning. Sauteed Spinach on top of stove top until tender with Olive Oil. YUMMY!

Note: I purchase a lot of my meat from Costco but for this dish I purchased a small package of ground beef from the local grocer, Food Lion to yield more meatballs.

Tip: When thawing out any meat, fish or seafood. Take the meat out the day before. Let the meat thaw in the refrigerator. Bacteria can grow on meat and seafood when left on the counter to thaw.

Tip: DO NOT purchase vegetables and herbs already cut up unless you need them right away. You will not get the bang for the bucks that way…cut up your own vegetables. I purchased the mushrooms whole because I got more mushrooms. 8 oz v 6 oz…pay attention to what your buying in size v. convenience.

TIP: Shop at a local Asian market and farmers market in your local area, Eastern Market, Grand Mart and support your local farmers for the best prices for produce and other hard to find international items.

TIP: I do not use any  and salt at all. You must be mindful of your health and others when cooking. It is not necessary to have an heavy hand with seasoning either…allow folks to be able to put their own salt and pepper on their own plate of food. Otherwise you will kill the meal. Herbs and spices used to prepare the meal will suffice.

I find a lot of pleasure in cooking and found that preparing your own meals to be the best way to make sure your family is eating healthy.

RULE: Do not leave the kitchen dirty unless your drunk out of your mind. Had an huge gathering at your house that did not help with cleanup nor did you ask for help from the guest. Always put away your leftovers for later consumption. Do not go to bed on an full stomach for at least an 1-2 hours. Clean the kitchen before going to bed. Wipe down counters and talk mess to one another. Thank the good lord for your meal. Say your blessings over your meal, kiss your family and thank goodness for the simple things in life.
