Easy to prepare for dinner while surfing the Internet, chatting on the telephone or editing digital images.
Rinse meat off, season with favorite seasoning and add water to bottom of pan to prevent meat from drying out
I used season salt, pepper, Tarrogon Leaves, Cilantro Leaves and Barbecue Sauce
Baked uncover on 350 degrees for 2 hours or until meat is tender
Serve with Baked Beans mixed with diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles
Sauteed Spinach with enough Olive Oil covering bottom of the pot, place rinsed spinach in the pot, stir until desired tenderness, less than five minutes to prepare. Season with garlic powder
Serve dinner and enjoy!
The cost to make this dish is under $15. I purchased the meat, vegetable and can goods from my local Food Lion grocery store.
