The chicken of course, any type of oil will do but I like using Olive Oil, season chicken, flour the chicken in a plastic bag. Can add about three pieces at a time. I will fry three pieces in the oil.
Place the chicken into hot oil, let fry for about 20 minutes or until it is brown on medium flame, you can measure that based on the cackling oil.
When chicken is done….place on a napkin. Then a dish, served with sides. Again I forgot to take a finish picture..we were hungry. It was serve with rice and spinach. Potatoes Salad would have been great as a side along with green broccoli.
