I wondered if anyone noticed the United States Navy Jets after Christina Aguilera skip a line while singing “Star Spangled Banner”? Folks did notice the singers blunder but some folks noticed the price tag spent to fly the jets. One thing is for certain is I don’t think I did a bad job capturing a shot of Jets after viewing this photograph.
“These missions are included in the annual operating budget of all branches of the military and they are used as training,” Maus said. “There was no additional money provided to us, Congress did not cut us a special check to do this flyover. This is considered a training mission whether they were to fly over the Super Bowl or not.”
