Easy Baked Egg Cups were prepared in under 30 minutes which included preparation and slicing an whole pineapple.

Spray muffin pan with Pam or your favorite cooking oil or spray. Place sliced meat in pan, than crack open eggs and place in an 350 degree temperature oven for about 15 minutes until done. In the image above at egg cups were baked until egg white turn while and left with the yolk being an little runny.

Shredded Mozzarella cheese to sprinkle on the eggs once they’ve are done baking.

I placed some Freshly clipped Rosemary in the refrigerator and it dried out just in time for my easy baked egg cups. Smells wonderful!

Scoop eggs out of the muffin pan, place on an plate, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, Cayenne pepper and Rosemary.

Serve Easy Egg cups with tomatoes and pineapple. ENJOY Breakfast!

Leaves of Basil was placed under the egg cups to add addition flavor and color. This was absolutely an delightfully tasting breakfast.
