Only folks that do not give a damn about their weight had something asinine to say in response to Tyrese and Beyonce latest stance about obesity. Quite frankly I agree with both of them.
“When you take a shower and you put your fat, nasty body in the shower and by the time you get out, the mirrors are all steamed up so you don’t look at what you did to yourself. That may sound offensive or insensitive but ultimately, you are big as hell because you have earned that sh*t. You worked your a** off to eat everything in sight to get big as hell.”
How bout these words for reality spew.: Some folks need to miss a meal. Especially diabetic folks before they find themselves without any limbs. What about hypertension folks….a heart attack waiting to happen. What about your love ones? Ever think about that before you stuff a item in your mouth your body does not need? Huh? Talking about what a celebrity said….whatever. UMPH! Go on a diet ASAP! Your life and your love ones need you to be around for a minute. Ever think about that while eating yourself to death? HUH?
I can’t tell you how many folks have died in my family from preventive diseases. Some were skinny and some were fat but goodness gracious. Get a grip and take back your health. Ain’t nothing worst than learning someone could have prevented their own folly by practicing preventive health care. Get your behinds in shape….before it is too late. Folks got the nerve to get mad when anyone speak on it and especially a celebrity with a platform. Fall back and take a look in the mirror. What do you look like when you spewing asinine comments to those that are attempting to sound the alarm to others to improve their health? Huh? Are you the epitome of health or simply a asinine assclown with nothing better to say about your own health lashing out to those who are concerned about their health and fitness?

Quite frankly you want the truth: Step away from the french fries, starch, snacking and emotional snacking, oversized meals, fast food on the go and get green, eat salads and size the food portions. That is it! I got that off my chest. DETOX!
