The summer is the perfect time to pull out the crock pot to prepare an delicious meal. In the photo above is 3 pounds of Country Style Pork Ribs covered with Basil, Rosemary, Banana Peppers and Cajun seasonings. Add less than an cup of water, turn on crock pot to 350 degrees and allow to cook until tender. It took about three hours for meat to become tender.

After 1.5 hours I added red potatoes in the crock pot and continue crocking. Smells delightful and looks great too!
