Red Snapper

Seasoned with sliced Oranges, herbs and lemon. Broil uncovered on high in a conventional oven with a drop of Olive Oil on both sides until crisp. Sprinkle dried Rosemary is optional. Saute Spinach for less than 3 minutes in Olive Oil and Garlic. Serve on top of brown rice. Prep time.: 30 minutes or less.
