Why is the mainstream media and blogs talking about Davis natural hair? It is not common for African American women to wear their own natural hair in Hollywood. There is more Yaki Hair, bonding glue, perms, relaxers and dye on the heads of starlets walking down Hollywood Boulevard. That if any woman dare embrace her natural self, it becomes headline news following the star studded event. Good for Ms. Davis for embracing her natural hair and having the courage to throw away the fake hair.
