The rescue efforts are underway to get much need supplies to the people of Haiti. There are estimates of 1000 US forces on the ground in Haiti today. There are massive rescue attempts being made of the people who may still be stuck in the rubble. Looting has begun and the police is not playing, people are fighting to survive. According to news media outlets the rescue teams are suffering exhaustion but will continue to help the people in Haiti. There are 300,000 to 1 million people homeless in Haiti, there are estimates of at least 100K Haitians dead. Hospitals are overwhelm and medical staff is needed to help with the injured.
